Refund Policy
At Glambar Medical Spa, we aim for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of aesthetic services, we have the following refund policy in place:
Services
- All services provided are non-refundable once rendered.
- If you are unsatisfied with your treatment results, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss possible adjustments or corrective actions.
Prepaid Packages
- Prepaid packages or series of treatments may be refunded on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions.
- Refund requests for prepaid treatments must be made before the service is rendered.
Products
- We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened products are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
